How to Brew Mint Tea


The Mint Mix doesn’t contain any theine, so it can be enjoyed day and night. It is also very much appreciated by kids!


Steps:

  1. Add 1-5 tsp per cup of the Mint Mix to a cup or teapot

  2. Add hot water at 95°C - 100°C

  3. Add honey (optional)

  4. Steep for 5 minutes

  5. Enjoy!


How to Make Cold-Brewed Mint Tea


Cold brew is delicious too and it’s a healthy alternative to a soda.


Steps:

  1. Place one tea bag/1.5 tsp per cup of the Mint Mix in the bottom of a large container or glass pitcher

  2. Pour in room temperature or cold water

  3. Cover the container/pitcher and refrigerate

  4. Steep for 8-12 hours

  5. Remove the tea bags/tea and discard

  6. Serve tea over ice with fresh lemon slices and a sweetener of your choice
