No-Bake Matcha Balls

These scrumptious little green balls pack a big energy punch, thanks to the natural caffeine found in Matcha - but the best part? You don’t even have to turn your oven on. If you like Matcha & coconut, pocket-sized snacks and anything that takes 5 minutes to make these will be your new go-to on-the-go snack. Plus, they’re also refined sugar-free, dairy-free, gluten-free and Paleo friendly. What’s not to love?

SERVING SIZE:  8-10 BALLS (6-9 for you, 1-2 to share with someone you must really love cause you’re going to want to eat them all)  


  • 1 cup shredded coconut, unsweetened

  • 4 Tbsp almond flour

  • 2 Tbsp maple syrup, more or less to taste

  • 1 Tbsp coconut oil

  • 1 Tbsp matcha


Blend everything together in a food processor. Shape into 1″ balls and enjoy! Eat the ones you want and store the rest in your fridge (hahahha yeah, “rest”, we know).
