  • 2 cups spinach

  • 2 Tbsp chia seeds

  • 1 tsp matcha

  • ½ large or 1 small banana

  • 1 avocado

  • 1-2 Tbsp almond milk (start with 1 and add a little more if it’s too thick)

  • ½-1 Tbsp honey, optional

  • 1-2 scoops protein powder if you’d like

  • Top it off with whatever you like! Including but not limited to : raspberries, blueberries, banana, chocolate chip, a shot of Scotch, bacon maybe? Whatever you like.

  1. Add the spinach, chia seeds, matcha, 1 avocado, banana, and 1 Tbsp almond milk to your food processor bowl. Process and scrape sides as needed. Add ½-1 more tablespoon almond milk as needed.

  2. Add 2 scoops of protein powder (if you want) and matcha and the  smoothie bowl is ready to eat. If you choose not to add a protein powder, you will probably want to add a little sweetener because the matcha can be bitter. Add ½ to 1 Tbsp of honey (or more) to sweeten to your taste.

  3. Scoop into a bowl and add the topping YOU love!
